Getting stacked ..

On Sunday we went for a nosy round Equinox which is right near our condo. Equinox is Well known for its plush facilities (and prices!)
I wanted a nosy to see if it's somewhere is like to work.
We got offered the opportunity to come back and try one of their classes.
We picked a class called stacked. It was just 1/2 hour (which appealed!) Had weights (more appeal) but looked tough (😳)
The guy was really enthuastic and had good music which definitely helped. He picked an exercise whixh we did for 30s and rested for 30. Then he chose another exercise and tagged it straight on to the first one. Eventually tagging another 4 exercises.
So for legs we did;
Squat
Squat to press
In and out jumps
Glider side lunges
Striaght leg deadliest
Doesn't sound to bad but by time you get round to last round, them thighs are dying.
Upper body;
Slam to squat thrusts
Push ups with push back
Mountain climber to pike
Bent over row to reverse fly
Crunch and press
